• Meetings are available in person or via video call (Google Meet).
• We’ll review your application details, discuss key points, the overall schedule, and our fees.
• Once you decide to proceed, we’ll gather the information needed for your application, and let you know what documents you should prepare at minimum.

• We begin preparation as soon as we receive your request, and start work once payment is confirmed.
• During the process, we may ask you to provide additional documents or answer questions by email or phone.

• We’ll notify you as soon as results are available. In the rare case of a denial, we will handle your reapplication free of charge.
• If the reapplication is also denied, we will fully refund the fee we received (excluding actual costs such as government fees and transportation).

We believe our relationship doesn’t end once your request is complete — we value building long-term relationships with each and every client. If you have any concerns after your case is complete, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
