- We’ll review your application details, discuss key points, the overall schedule, and our fees.
- Once you decide to proceed, we’ll gather the information needed for your application, and let you know what documents you should prepare at minimum.
- We begin preparation as soon as we receive your request, and start work once payment is confirmed.
- During the process, we may ask you to provide additional documents or answer questions by email or phone.
- We’ll notify you as soon as results are available. In the rare case of a denial, we will handle your reapplication free of charge.
- If the reapplication is also denied, we will fully refund the fee we received (excluding actual costs such as government fees and transportation).
