Can you tell me whether my application will be approved?

Since the decision on approval rests with the discretion of the Minister of Justice, we can't state anything definitively — but in some cases, we may be able to indicate the likelihood of approval.To do so, we'll need to hear detailed information about your situation.Of course, once you formally request our services, we do everything we can to raise your chances of approval, even by just 1%.

I live far away — can you still help me?

With online consultations and online applications, we're now able to accept requests from anywhere in Japan.If online support isn't feasible for your situation, we can also visit you in person.Since this may not always be possible depending on the circumstances, please consult us first.

What payment methods are available?

We accept bank transfer to our designated account or cash payment.
